That summer solstice sun has me feeling all the playful light vibes.
I was reflecting the other day on one of the themes that has been coming up recently in the Akashic Record sessions. I find it so interesting that every single session is SO DIFFERENT and yet, there will still be common threads that rise up from time to time.
Per usual with everything awesome in my life these days, I was completely guided to the Akashic Records by Spirit. I’m an intuitive and connect in with Spirit regularly in my own spiritual practice, and back in December I asked spirit for more.
The Akashic Record is a resource for the soul. It’s a vibrational record of every soul across all lifetimes, in all times, and all places. It holds your soul’s history—where you’ve been before, what you’re facing now, and how it relates to your purpose this lifetime. AND is the record of all of our collective experiences.
As winter wains and we approach the increase of warmth and light through the gateway of the Spring Equinox on March 20th, it’s good to sink into this transitional period of moving out of yin energy into the next cycle of active yang energy.
The work to meaningful romantic relationships is always work on yourself. So if you’re wondering “why me?” or feel sad that you haven’t met the one, it’s time to do something about it. The same thinking with get you the same result.
Often our desires and intentions get clouded by the noise of others, our conditioning or training, our minds, our fears, our ego and they morph out of alignment with the true and pure meaning of what it is we are wanting for ourselves and others.
Self love is a buzz word, but we forget about self compassion—nurturing and changing our relationship with ourself. Talking to ourselves like we would a loved one. Doing the inner work which is the ONLY way to change our outer world.
With the fall season, we’re being asked—what no longer serves us? Are there things that you can let go of and release in your life that would make you feel lighter, more joyful, more at ease?
Sometimes these things are unseen—patterns we’ve held onto for too long (like self-doubt). Strategies that actually self sabotage instead of propel us forward. Sometimes they’re BIG like letting a friendship go that is more painful than joyful.

As we enter a new month, we like to take some quality “me time” to check in and reconnect with our goals and intentions. Setting aside regular time to dive inward can be really powerful for our evolution as spiritual, badass humans.
Everyone gets a little anxious, stressed or emotional sometimes and in those times we need something to pull us back down to reality. It’s easy to get caught up in drama—with others or ourselves—especially if we haven’t broken down those old self-sabotaging behaviors.
