Spiritual practice is key to deepening your relationship with the higher power of your own heart. It’s through our daily, seasonal, annual, and milestone rituals that we can find deeper connection.

The act of commitment is instrumental in spiritual development. Daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal commitments can all help you move forward. 

This is your permission slip to find the spiritual practice that works for you.

Depending on where you are and what healing or growth opportunities you’re facing, different practices than others can be more impactful on your journey.

Meditation is the number one tool for spiritual growth. The mind is the jailer of the spirit. Our ego functions to keep us “safe” based on our conditioning and in doing so drowns out the voice of our soul. 

No one is good at meditation when they begin. It’s because of this most people stop before they start. Give yourself permission to be a beginner.
